Linda F. Wolfe


Linda Wolfe, Family Nurse Practitioner, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine.  She then went on to complete her Masters degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program, also from USM.  As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has worked with individuals of all ages, and it was with Southern Maine Geriatrics where she discovered her love of working with elder adults.  She enjoys working in a variety of settings with a particular passion for palliative care and end of life, always with the involvement of family for support and input. 

Linda is the mother of four daughters and the grandmother of six.  She lives in Freeport with her wife and youngest daughter where she enjoys spending time with her family, biking, walking, and beekeeping.
